Dear Clean Water Network,

Please join over 70 groups now signed on to a letter opposing Senator Rubio’s & the shipping industry’s ballast water legislation.

The bill would remove ballast water discharges of invasive species from the Clean Water Act as well as other ship discharges, such as graywater.
